Darby has done waterproofing work for us since the early 2000's. He exterior waterproofed our house on Ossington, and interior waterproofed our next house in Riverdale. During the recent flood, we needed to consult him and he visited the same day, even though he must have been overwhelmed with calls. He is honest, he is knowledgeable, he guarantees his work and stands by it. We 100% recommend him.
