I needed everything done to my basement: underpinning, an extension, and waterproofing. My extension had to be hand dug because I only had front access and other underpinners refused to look at the work. The key things that made them so great: adorable, ahead of schedule, worked every day even outside in -18 temperatures, and most importantly they were great at communicating with about the work and helped to to ensure the job got done right.
