Since our rridge quit the day I ordered this one, I called if they had a loaner or rental. I was told they'd call back, nope. Called again, yes and again the girl didn't know and would call back, never happened. Then I called if we could book a delivery date and no return call. Called a couple of days later for the same reason as it was now over 10 days and no return call. Called again and she said my line was busy on all of these occasions. So, she tried what, once? Then we got delivery, the fridge has 3 small but 1 black noticeable scratch, on the door and no booklet with it. Called again and now I've been told I can purchase paint to cover the scratches, same lady! I don't think so! I think it was our salesperson each time, but not sure, so I'm not giving any names. I will now go and ask for management as I either want a new door, a dent and scratch reduction or someone to come with the paint or the paint! Terrible service and most appliances are way over priced, plus they don't carry many brands. I will upgrade this if I end up with good service.
