Hot Water Heater Replacement

I was very pleased with the work that Hervé did in removing the old hot water tank and replacing it with a new one. Since the old tank had stopped working after only four and a half years of use, the 9 year warranty on the old tank was still valid. That meant bringing the old one back to the store where it was bought and picking up a new one. It all went very smoothly. I was very happy that Crystal Mechanical could accommodate us so quickly (same day service) and we are very happy to have our hot water back.

Installation of water softener

Crystal sent a technician called Roger to upgrade my water treatment system he did an amazing job and at the end of the service he showed me how everything works and left me with a number to call 24/7 for emergencies service.
