Driveway repair fell apart within a week and company won’t return phone calls or rectify
On August 5, 2024 we had top-spec (Anthony) resurface and seal our asphalt driveway and within two weeks a large hole appeared. The asphalt was sticky and pulled away easily from the ground. We reached out as we were assured of a five year warranty and were given the run around. After following up at least twenty times with the owner we were asked if they could top off the materials and we could fix it ourselves (??!!). We declined that terrible option and he assured us hed get back to us with a day when theyd fix it by the end of that day. Its been a week and he is now dodging our calls and avoiding us completely. After a month of chasing this company we are no closer to getting the holes in our driveway fixed and resolution. He has repeatedly told untruths to us about calling us back (we have call id and voicemail and no missed calls). The only way he answers the phone is if we call from different numbers. Do not use this contractor.
