I hired J. Jansen Paving to do asphalt paving work at my property. While the paving work itself was completed, I am extremely dissatisfied with their failure to follow through.

As part of the job, their crew removed concrete that was supposed to be taken away. However, it's still sitting abandoned behind my property. These are large chunks of concrete that were moved with a bobcat, and I have no way to remove them myself. Ive called J. Jansen Paving 5-6 times about this issue, and every time I was promised it would be resolved soon. Yet here I am, weeks later, with the concrete still there.

To make matters worse, their phone line now has an automated message stating that the business is closed for the season, which makes it clear they have no intention of addressing this problem any time soon.

I paid in full for the job out of good faith (they insist on cash), but I'm now regretting that decision since they haven't honored the full contract. This has been frustrating and disappointing.

I strongly advise anyone considering J. Jansen Paving to be cautious. If this is how they handle their obligations, you might end up regretting it like I am now.
