Quick response time to my request. Day of repair I was told I needed to do way more repairs that would cost more. I was sent photos of someone elses roof and rushed to make a decision to fix how bad it was. When I told them that it wasnt my roof they said, oh my mistake. Here is your roof. Didnt confirm that all issues were addressed. Just insisted I pay so they could move on. E transfer was made to a personal email address instead of a business email. Seemed very shady to me.
