My tenant occupied basement partially flooded on the summer and I needed urgent repairs. I contacted the Victorian Reno team and they promptly came to access the damages. They understood the urgency and accommodated my needs in a very professional manner. They assessed the damage and fixed only what was necessary instead of pushing for a complete basement overhaul that would have cost me an arm and a leg.
