I was not planning to write a review for this company but the way they treated me left me with no choice.
Carolina came to see the house and provide me a quote . She was pleasant and punctual . The first cleaning went great. The only complaint was that I was not given notice that there will be one person instead of two which left me stressed for time as I had a scheduled appointment.
On the second visit they used Majic Eraser on my Caesar stone counter top on the kitchen island leaving permanent swiping marks on the stone. When I contacted Carolina to find out what was used in hopes of finding a solution. She denied workers using anything but soap and water. And blamed me for not being appreciative of workers staying overtime.
I gave them the benefit of the doubt and scheduled a third visit.
When the worker( Elizabeth) showed, I asked her what was used on the island and she was truthful letting me know about use of Magic Eraser.
I really wanted this to work as I thought Elizabeth was an honest and hardworking person.
I gave her a few tips on how to work more efficiently to manage her time as well as not using water to clean wood surfaces.
She had a bucket of water and a rag for all surface dusting including wood.
I then scheduled my fourth when on the last minute and without prior notice Carolina cancelled and said Elizabeth is not comfortable cleaning your house . She feels unappreciated and that her work is not to your satisfaction.
My only ask of Carolina was to give me sufficient notice instead of cancelling an appointment that was scheduled 3 weeks ago in the last minute.
I should have fired them after leaving my countertop permanent stain.
