They are quick to come and provide estimates and came as expected. However they didnt do a walk through of the roof repairs and now I have a concern. I have repeatedly tried calling and sent email and was told twice someone will come and nothing. Again tried calling and now being ignored. Not even a follow up call to give me an update on when they will come back. Sorely laking in customer commitment.
