During one of the harshest storms of 2023, a tenant left a window open, resulting in a burst pipe that flooded all four units of my four-plex. Radiance Contracting renovated the whole main floor of my home (demolition, drywall repairs, new baseboards and trim, new flooring, painting) as well as my kitchen.
