Repairs to damaged EIFS on house

I reached out to Pirate for assistance repairing damage to the outside of our home and garage. Pirate called me promptly and arranged for Roberto to come and give me an estimate that week. The repairs were completed the next day and I am very satisfied with the work done. Roberto managed to match the colour of our home's exterior almost exactly and he gave me some helpful advice on how to avoid further cracking around our back door.

Repair and reparge front of my house

Roberto was prompt and responsive. I was pleased with the pricing, which was reasonable and fair. The work was completed the next day and it looked so good that my neighbour also hired Roberto. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company and Roberto.

More about Pirate Stucco & Parging

Parging cement serves two functions. Adding parging cement may enhance the block or cement structure's look. It is often added to a building's foundation or to a column to create a decorative effect. Its application also serves as a way to keep failing mortar strong. Mortar functions as a stuffing or gap filler. When applying mortar, you place the mixture onto a trowel and on the sides of the blocks and along the row of blocks. Then you sit the bricks or blocks next each other. Mortar acts as the filler between blocks, hardening or cementing the objects permanently together. It is what holds structures vertical.
