Exclusive Choice Painting

An old popcorn ceiling in a room 18 x 18' had been removed leaving uneven patches and there was some nicotine stain. This was nothing less than a truly ugly situation. I added painting the whole room and kitchen to the contract.

I reached out to David about getting my Family Room and Second Floor hallway repainted. He messaged me back within the hour and was at my house the next day to see what the job entailed and gave me 2 quotations with different quality paints which was something no painter has done for me. David gave me a call the same night going into detail about what the difference in paint quality and appearance would like depending on which paint style i decided to go with. My biggest concern about this entire job was that I have crown moulding all around the ceiling of my family room and second floor hallway and I did not want any paint getting on them.
