I've hired Elva Construction for work on three sites as well as recommending him to my son for a full kitchen refit. We are extremely satisfied with his work. All of the characteristics that you expect in a contractor are here. He honours his quotes. He arrives on time and leaves a tidy workplace. He takes full responsiblity for any sub-contractors he brings in. His work is flawless and that is across a broad range of skills. Each and every time I have hired him, real estate agents requjest his contact info because they too are impressed with his work. He has tackled hardwood flooring, plaster ceilijngs and crowns, kitchens drywall (both hanging and finishing), tile work and painting. I am so convinced of the quality of his work that I have brought him from Toronto to Montreal and to Wolfville NS. Paying the flights and mileage still worked out to a great deal for me.

I engaged Elva Construction for home renovations that included new vinyl flooring throughout my condo, replacing my stairs from tiles to wood, replacing my railings from wood to metal and putting up a wall in my room.

Communication was always precise, Arik and his team were punctual, professional and friendly. Very happy with the results of working with Arik.

Arik's work on our home was meticulous and excellently done. He provided wonderful service and was able to deliver exactly what was asked for. Definitely recommend!

Arik was our contractor for 2 large projects.
We hired Arik based on a recommendation from a close friend and he renovated our ensuite and main bathroom. We were very please with the work and it was completed on time as promised, we made a couple of changes to the design and the additional cost was more than fair. The second project involved our entire main floor and at first we only wanted to renovate the kitchen but after a number of visits and discussions we decided to renovate the entire floor and removing items that were no longer useful. The project also added a jacket closet which was towards the end of the project. Arik was very accommodating and at the end we had a number of functional areas of the home. Arik always kept the work area clean and this project was completed a week early, there were some surprises along the way but no fault of his. Arik was dependable and reliable, we would recommend his services to our friends and family.

Elva Construction was referred to be by a friend when I needed construction for a physiotherapy clinic. His work was exemplary.
I then hired him again to renovate my basement and build a walkout. Again his work was excellent!
