Peter, Tegan and Mark loaded the moving truck on the only day, it has rained in weeks. They were careful to put down rubberized mats to protect the wood floors. They removed their wet shoes as required. They wrapped most items in blankets and used packing tape to keep the blankets in place. They reviewed the storage, reloading procedures and reviewed the 5 sheets of individually number tagged items, which were being packed and stored.
The delivery crew of Raj, Tegan and Mike were punctual and courteous as were the loading crew. One of the crew damaged a hall lamp, but showed integrity, by telling me and apologized, profusely.
They helped reassembly the bed, dining table and desk.
Part of the desk frame was missing and because it was itemized on the loading list, we were able to realize it was missing and it was found today and will be installed later today.
I dont recommend loading and unloading the same day, but try to avoid storage, it is an opportunity for your items to go missing or be damage,
just by the fact everything loaded/unloaded, 4 times., no matter how
careful everyone is.
Thank you, Colin
