I recently had a 3.5-ton air conditioner serviced in my 2200 sq ft home for $5000, with only $750 allocated to labor costs. To be honest, Steve was very professional and courteous in explaining the necessary procedures and completing the work promptly. I will definitely contact him again for any future repairs or maintenance needs.
