Finally heard from the company with a full explanation of why no contact. Promise to come and do the Lawn maintenance has been discussed. Waiting to see if the company delivers as promised/guaranteed. Final review remains outstanding.

Although the owner provided an explanation for the lack of services provided for two months on a go forward basis, the company again fell short.

It is unfortunate, but I cannot recommend the services of this company. Very disappointed for numerous reasons.

Engaged this companys services based on past reviews. Contract was for May through to September possibly October on a weekly basis. Since the beginning the company has never shown up on a weekly basis and any request to cut the lawn at a certain height was disregarded. Open communication lines was very poor Or never respected or responded to the homeowner. Promises to come and cut grass as promised by the company failed to deliver.
I would never recommend this companys services and I feel that a refund is due as the last time they have been to cut and trim the lawn was the end of August.
