I booked JY Lawn Care in Burlington Ontario for a simple Aeration job. They gave me a time of 10am Friday morning so I booked the morning off. The night before they messaged me "afternoon". Okay. Then the afternoon comes and they message me 5pm. I assume this means later still so message them "forget it" and they show up 10 minutes later. Sent them home on principle. People need to have more accountability and keep their appointments if they expect to earn clients.
