Superior Water Proofing and Masonry

Received a knock on my door stating they were in the area and noticed our chimney was in bad shape. When he went up to check on it, it crumbled under his touch and came crashing down. He assured me that it did not damage the roof. Him and his partner claimed to have recapped the chimney and repaired part of the brick work(around $4500), however they found water damage and needed to do a waterproofing at an additional $4000. Turns out their waterproofing procedure is the opposite and now I have water in my basement from their work. Not to mention I know have a hole in my roof and water leaking into my attic. Called the number and was promised a crew to come check their work and that Guarantee of service that is promoted in the website. Been over 4 weeks and no one has come by.
Not to mention the promise to clean up that chimney debris what is still sitting on my front lawn.

He came to my door and said he was doing another job in my neighborhood. He noticed that my chimney needed some work. He asked if he could go up the ladder ( he already put ladder up to my roof) and check it out. I said yes. He went up and checked my chimney, he came down with a picture of my chimney that now had collapsed.
He said that it had to be fixed and it would cost me $9.,000. I said that I couldn't afford this. He said , again that it had to be fixed. He said he would give me a deal at $4,000 cash. He was extremely persistent
So I said yes. He through all the bricks and morter down on my front lawn. He procided to go up the ladder to fix it. It only took him 1hr and a 1/2 to do the job. He ame in my house and demanded his money, so being an honest senior I game him the money. He did have a contract for the job. He signed that he was paid. There is a 5 year warranty. I went out to see it and it didn't look like any of the other chimneys in the neighborhood and the bricks and morter were still on my lawn. I called hm and I was extremely upset with the job and asked him to come and get the bricks o my lawn, he said he would come by and remove them. He never came and got the bricks. I called a reputable chimney masonry and he came over and said that they didn't do anything to correct my chimney. I have a link in my bedroom ceiling. The new masonry charged me $3,350.00 to take down the remaining chimney and rebuild it. He did a wonderful job and it looks like all the other chimneys in my neighborhood. Still refilling from the job that was not done.

I do not recommend. My chimney broke when they went to give me an estimate. They quoted me one price and the next day said there were additional issues and increased the price. After it was completed we noticed leaking from the chimney in the basement and called to have them look at it (as this wasn't an issue before the repair). Each time we call they say they will have someone come out that day to look and noone ever shows up.
I have also had bricks on my front lawn for over 1.5weeks as they said they would be back the next day to remove them.
