Vasili arrived early and diagnosed my dryer problem quickly. I needed a new heating element. He priced the part and charged me for it. He returned 2 hours later with the part and quickly installed it. He got the part for a much lower price and adjusted the total cost of the repair accordingly. Vasili is honest and efficient. I appreciate his excellent service and honesty. MC
