There were items needing changes as the project evolved. Chris was always there to listen, respond, adjust and address them in a vary easy and pleasent way. Communication and flexibility were excellent, as well.
Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience with Chris and highly recommend the quality of his work and customer service.

Im not one to leave reviews but we are so impressed with the work Chris and his team did for us. We hired Batu Contracting to redo our master bathroom and right from the get go they were transparent and smooth with the entire process. Its really hard to find contractors that do what they promise to deliver, but Chris was an exceptional experience. From the get go, I constantly was in communication with Chris about what I wanted my bathroom to look like, and how I wanted every piece to work with what me and my wife had in mind for our bathroom remodel.

He provided us with complete transparency of the costs that would be associated and always kept us up to date on how things were going and when we could expect it to be done. Chris has been exceptionally professional throughout the whole process. He modelled our designs on his computer platform and showed out what we could expect for every inch of our bathroom. From the light fixtures, to our walk in shower, no detail was left to speculation. He knew exactly what we wanted and I am so stoked to see it finished.
