We had an issue with our gas fireplace, although it was turned on the flames would die and the fireplace would sometimes go off and then relight itself later. A service technician came out and worked on the fireplace to resolve the issue. The technician informed us that to repair the fireplace fully, we would need a new module. After research the technician called and said that he was having difficulty in finding the new part. That was six weeks ago and we have heard nothing since.

Bought the heat pump several years ago and the Comfort Group plumbed it into the existing furnace. for the many years the heat pump was serviced by the CG. Two years ago they could/would not service the pump, hence the 4 stars. This year we are back on track, servicing exceptional and fully explained, cost of service very reasonable, reliability back on track and we will continue with CG as long as we have this house and will invite them back to install or service our next heat pump. We will also add emergency power because as we have found out electricity is not completely reliable... Thank you The Comfort Group

We recently purchased a home with a heat pump, at heating source we were not familiar with. We had TCG perform an inspection and routine maintenance and they were able to explain the operation and maintenance practices we should follow.

Fit me in right away, and were able to add a couple of more items to the list. Ian the serviceman was amazing - showed me and explained every bit of work. Took care to make sure the work was done correctly. Replaced plumbing under kitchen sink, checked out rest of house for any issues, jetted the pipes. I appreciated the care Ian took and highly recommend this company.

Only company could find that could fit me in promptly. Tech was excellent. Prior to fixing initial issue gave me quote how much going to cost me and discussed different options if didn't work. When I asked him to look at fan to heat pump as occasionally didn't start told me the problem/solution and how much additional cost would be before proceeding. Very professional. Worth ever penny
