Work is above average when on site, however they cancel appointments at the last moment and try to reschedule when I am not available. My last cancelled appointment was scheduled on a different day than was communicated to me!

Got a heat pump system installed by them. Not exactly working perfectly, but they are trying good and hard to make it right. Can't argue with that. Good company.

I dont usually write reviews, but I had to this time. Navid deserves more than a five star review. He was really nice and friendly, Aslo very knowledgeable as to what was causing my furnace not to work properly. He is also very respectful of my house and put slips on over his boots . Navid is one of the nicest technicians Ive ever had do any work .

We had scheduled maintenance by an associate from M&K. He arrived precisely when he estimated and was quick but thorough in his work on our furnace and fireplaces. Very good at explaining what was done and what to monitor. And a friendly chap to boot.
