What impressed me most was the level of effort, care, And hard work ethic he had. He was determined to resolve my plumbing issue and spent longer than expected to resolve the clog, but even when it was completed, he took the time to replace the p trap I had cracked and tightened up my loose faucet handle. I didn't ask him to do those extras, he just did it because that seems to be the kind of guy he is, old school and proud to do a job right. Ultimately, when I asked him how much, his response was whatever I told you on the phone. They don't make them like George anymore so I will be recommending him to anyone I know with plumbing services needed.
