We hired Mark and his crew to renovate almost our entire 1940's Toronto home and we are so happy with the results. Mark's guys were efficient, fun to be with, knowledgable and worth every penny. Mark worked well with our architect and made good suggestions for small improvements that make a huge difference...such as raising the bedroom doorframes 4 inches to give the rooms a taller feel, even though we had no way of raising those old ceilings. When we unexpectedly discovered brick rot on the front of the house Mark gave us three distinct ways to deal with it, including one that cost no extra money...of course we chose to build a front porch with cold room below and these are some of our favourite new rooms. We felt very lucky because Mark works with only the best trades --painters, plasterers, carpenters, plumbers, etc. We were always in good hands and always had Mark's full attention. We highly recommend HighRidge Fine Homes and would love to get them to build our cottage if only they were in cottage country too.
