Our Water heater stopped working in the middle of night, although I wasn't expecting them to come right away, Andy from prowise inspected it the same night. He said it's not worthy of repair as it was more than 10 years old. I guessed that myself, so I was planning to buy the replacement myself and ask them to install it to avoid paying too much on buying the appliance form the third party. but the quote they gave me was cheaper than what I could find online. I changed my mind, and the next day morning, Andy installed the new water heater for us. I'm sure I'll call them in the next emergency.
