I marked around 10 bricks for replacement, but only 4-5 were replaced, and others were touched up with mortar. Two of them were missed altogether, probably because they were higher up and easy to miss. The ones he replaced were slightly crooked and and the mortar was a bit messy, but he came back to clean up the mortar.
Masonry touch ups
I was genuinely surprised and disappointed with the workmanship and professionalism. Out of the 11 bricks I marked for replacement, only 4-5 were replaced, others were touched up with mortar (which I could have done myself) and two of them were missed altogether. I understand he may not have seen the higher up ones but he accused me of being dishonest about it. The ones he replaced were a little crooked and and the mortar was messy. In the end it was a clear waste of my cash, which I paid up front in good faith.
EDIT: he contacted me after apparently being on vacation and agreed to come back, so this review may have been premature. I will revise it once resolved.
