I absolutely love the work John and his team did in my basement. I had originally picked out a expensive premium vinyl flooring. However, after discussing it with John he convinced me to go with something lighter and in a herringbone pattern. Im so glad I listened to him, I absolutely love my floors and Ive received so many compliments. John was actually referred to me by a friend and I will definitely refer him to anyone else who may need work.

We worked with John on the renovation of the bathroom in the basement. He did a great work on the project and completely transformed the bathroom. Even re-worked the piping left exposed by the previous contractor. Following this project, we also worked with John on replacing the old laminate floor in the basement. John, also redid the interlocking around the house.
The great part about working with John is his attention to details, professionalism and timely execution of the projects. John is our go to person for any project around the house.

JQ homes (John) is amazing at what he does, his vision brought our new bathroom to life. As with any older house we found a few challenges once everything was tore out but John had a solution or option to fix all of my concerns with excellent feedback which made the process smooth and without any delays. John provided excellent service which included tiling, vanity, drywall installation, painting (his recommendation on the type of colour I should use was spot on), mirror installation always as all towel handles etc. Garbage disposal and dust containment was done great!

I hired JQ homes to install new flooring and new vanity for my washroom. I moved in a home with carpets and I wanted to replace it with laminate initially. Upon talking to JQ homes, I was informed regarding the pros and cons of having laminate flooring vs vinyl. I have two dogs and after the discussion, I was able to understand what is better for my home. I am very happy with the work done and my vinyl flooring looks great. The job was finished before the estimated time frame to my surprise.

I live in an apartment building and I had some concerns regarding the carpet removal and disposal. However, John helped me by speaking with the building superintendent to arrange the elevator service and took care of the garbage(old carpet) which made it convenient and not stressful on my part.
