Excellent communication. Work was completed in a timely manner and without any surprises. Lucas showed up on time to the estimate, provided numerous options and provided information and pros/cons for each option. He seemed very informed and practical in his recommendations. We opted to proceed with install and he was able to get the job the done within the timeline that he originally provided. He seemed thorough in setting and configuring the system. Lastly, he made sure to clean up after the install. We were very happy with the service and the AC works great. Would highly recommend!
