Victor (contractor) has completed several large jobs for me over the past couple of years including renovations inside and landscaping outside. In the case of the basement reno it involved replacing sinks, toilet and cabinets. Tiling added in bathroom and kitchen areas. New appliances installed in laundry room. In back half of basement sub-floor and floor joices removed, floor insulated and new sub-floor added. Flooring in other half removed. Then entire basement floor covered with new vinyl plank flooring. To finish off entire basement was painted. Finally in back half of basement, the guys installed all new cabinetry (which Victor ordered according to my specifications and picked up).

I have been very satisfied with both the quality of the work done and with the working methods of Victor. He works very hard to make sure that the work is done to the best of his ability and insures that clean up at the end of the day is completed. I found him and his workers to be very hard working, personable and considerate .
