Hired for a Mold inspection - top level customer service
After weeks of horrible smells from our laundry room, we decided to do a mold inspection of our basement. They quickly sent back a very detailed lab report that told us we had no mold. It ended up being a large dead rat in the wall. I was very impressed with the attention to detail that was provided during and after the mold inspection. They even had someone call us 2 weeks after the visit to ask if we had any other problems arise or if we had any questions. It's nice to see that good customer service still exists out there.
