I found Mathew & his team not only reliable & trustworthy, but Mathews show of professionalism, knowledge & outstanding attention to detail started from the first discussion of ideas and ended with an impressive clean-up and these are some the many reasons I would highly recommend their business to family, friends & others.

Durham Demo and Reno did a full basement Reno for me 3 years ago, during this time the pandemic was in full swing however the owner was on site with his crew and went above and beyond to ensure that our project was on time and my family was keep safe during the process.
The overall project was a great success and still looks amazing even with 3 kids and a large dog using the space daily, I was guided by this team as to what finishes and products to use so that I would get the best value for my money and I am so very happy that I listen. If you are like me and you need someone to trust to give you the results you will need for family than you should consider Durham Demo and Reno. I will be calling for another Reno in the future. Matthew and his crew from Durham Demo and Reno did a complete renovation of our kitchen and adjoining dining room. Two walls were removed, one being weight bearing. Matthew liaised with the inspectors, and made the permit process painless. His crew were professional and a pleasure to have around the house. We were so pleased that we extended the contract to include work finishing the basement. Matthew was very attentive to any questions or concerns we had and was easy to work with. Durham demo and reno are honest, hardworking, and very competent. I highly recommend their work.
