The BBQ Rescue team cancelled on me twice. The first time they claimed that they had equipment breakdown. The second time they didnt even bother calling! They stated that they would be coming during a window of time, and didnt bother showing up. When I contacted the Kristian he apologize and reaffirm it was unprofessional.
