BEWARE!!! The most upsetting, disappointing and frustrating move. Once they had our 90 year old mothers possessions and pulled away the nightmare began. If you are promised weigh scale receipts you can contact CAT Scales and provide the tickets you were given and they will give you the actual scale receipts which for us were very different but, by that point, we had already etransferred multiple times to keep the move going. The mantra of most trusted moving company in Canada is comical and a stretch for sure. Would never recommend this company and is shocking how dishonest they are. I have given a 0/10 and would give a negative if that was an option.
