c.h.s.e Ltd. Contracting

We recently moved to a new home and wanted to redo the existing flooring. After receiving a referral for c.h.s.e. Ltd. Contracting, we contacted Curtis and he was very patient with our concerns and knowledgeable with the various products that are available. With his help, we made the right selection of flooring and he completed the job in a timely and professional manner. I should note that while he was completing the flooring, our home was under renovation and he meticulously completed the job at hand without any hindrance. He was determined to complete the work on time and with precision.

Curtis did a complete renovation of our basement apartment. Bringing it up to code. His work was as close to perfection that is possible. He is extremely honest even as much so as returning us some money for supplies not used.
He was never a "no show" and you can tell he takes great pride in his work, even bringing in a cleaning crew to clean my upstairs hallway where he and his employees walked through every day. I will be hiring them again for another job in the new year.
