We've worked with Rob and his crews for 10 years. During that time, they've replaced our deck and patio, added side stairs and gardens, removed trees and, last year, replaced our front porch and walkway. Now they maintain it all and plow our driveway in the winter. They are truly a full-service company! Since he and Alex partnered, as Infinite Possibilities, the services and professionalism have risen to the level of exceptional. They've greatly increased the functionality, curb appeal and value of our home and we highly recommend them.

Rob and his crew have been providing grass cutting, weeding, tree pruning and general landscaping projects for over 10 years, they always show up when promised, do the work in a timely manner, and generally keep everything on our large property looking beautiful, I wouldnt hesitate recommending them to anyone who is looking for a reliable, hardworking and flexible team who care about how your property looks!

After they came to my parents house and did such a wonderful job I had to get them into my house. Nothing but great things to say about this experience, the team was respectful courteous, and was as much as without a trace when they left as possible. Leaving there area front and back always clean and tidy once they left for work for the day. The professionalism and workmanship is next to none. I will definitely be getting them back in the future to expand on what was done.

A true rare skill in today's environment !

We hired Infinite Possibilities and his landscape architect to design and landscape our backyard in 2003. This was at the same time as we put in our new pool. Within the first year, we had endless issues with the trees and shrubs he and his team laid down as most of what they installed died. We took him to court and got a judgement. Since then, we have also discovered that all the retaining wall, mortared pool coping, interlock and raised wall BBQ landing is problematic as everything continues to shift. We have just discovered that this company did not provide for water flow as they took many shortcuts and were completely negligent. This explains why everything continues to shift as shown in these photos. It has cost us thousands over the years to rectify bad workmanship. We have many photos to prove this. Do not use them!

We hired Infinite Possibilities to renovate our backyard - lay down new grass sod, add a mowing strip to separate the lawn from the plants, and to update the plant selection in our garden to better accommodate the lighting conditions. While the work on adding the mowing strips turned out well, and the plants are fine, the new sod that they provided is just as lumpy and uneven as the previous. On the positive side the grass is much fuller than it used to be, but it's still patchier and lumpier than we'd expect for the price we paid for the work. Tried to contact them several times given their one year warranty, and it took months to get a response, and when we did they sent somebody to take a look at our lawn without letting us know when they would be there, so we were never able even to talk to a person about the issues we were having. My biggest issue with working with this company is the customer service, which was really lacking.

Beautiful design, exactly what I had in mind. The company went above and beyond (replacing cinder block retaining wall, for example). The staff, especially the carpenter, was exceptional. The young crew who came in to do the planting were careful and professional. All in all a really excellent experience. Any small issues that came up were handled promptly by Keith and we love the space.

I hired Infinite Possibilities to redo an existing walkway. They did a great job. Offered several price combinations as I didn’t know how much things cost and what would work with our budget. They did the work well and even when I changed my mind, worked with me. The process was fairly simple and Keith was great. I would recommend and use again.y

We hired Keith Bailey of Infinite Possibilities to do major hardscaping and landscaping in the front and back of our house in 2005. The initial work was acceptable, however after 2 winters the stone work on our front steps fell apart due to salt breaking down the grout (possibly the wrong grout) used to attach the steps.

We first asked him to come and fix the problem (still under guarantee) in March 2007. It took him until June to come, with him ignoring our calls for months. The few times he ever called us back, he made commitments which he never kept, and it was only by threatening litigation in September that he finally committed again to complete the work. Once again he committed to do the work by the end of October, and did in fact have the stone we had chosen in September delivered. However, once again the deadline has come and we have not had any contact from Keith.

I understand that unreliability, especially with repair work, is the nature of this business, however, Keith has taken this to the extreme and it looks like we will have to take him to court for the costs of having someone else do the work.

UPDATE: He did finally arrange to have the work done, but the whole experience was excruciating.
