Rain was leaking into my living room, so I needed a new roof immediately. I reached out on the Bark App & received a response a minute later. MJ arrived within the hour & gave me information & a detailed quote immediately.
As soon as weather permitted a crew of guys were on my roof working diligently. Unfortunately, the multiple layers of damaged shingles on my roof had created major water damage underneath, to the point where all the original 80-year old wood was completely rotten & unsafe, so the job became much more extensive.
In the end, the job was done quickly & the crew were all very courteous & went to great lengths to ensure the safety & cleanliness of the site. They totally cleaned up after themselves & even repaired a damaged spot inside the house. Overall, I was pleasantly relieved with the work done & very impressed with the responsive, courteous & transparent approach to how the job was done & I was treated. It was especially nice that everything was explained to me very patiently in layman's terms.
In the end, I received a certificate warrantying the work for 25 years & guaranteeing it for 37 years. I feel confident that, should I have any issues, this company will be as responsive as they've shown themselves to be. I would definitely recommend them & wouldn't hesitate to hire them again for other jobs that are their expertise!
