We had an empty home sitting on the market that we needed to get fixed in order to sell ASAP. With out Don's availability and quick turnaround time, this process would have been a lot more painful.

We had a crawl space that needed a huge amount of work in order to improve the structural integrity of the home, and we struggled to find any contractor, let alone one that would have a reasonable price-point or turnaround time.
I tried to get many contractors to do the job, and the only one that was always consistently responsive was Don.
The scope of work was pretty immense, requiring the sistering of installation of new beams, joists, and posts. All while working in a cramped crawlspace that sometimes was only a foot and a half in height.

His guys worked fast, finishing the work way ahead of schedule. Both a building inspector and city inspector were very impressed with the work, with the later calling it "awesome", and that "these guys knew what they were doing".

This work was in accordance to a city permit, and to the satisfaction of a structural engineer.
In terms of communication and payment, Don was easy to deal with. He was also honest enough to not need to be paid a large portion of the balance until the permit was closed.
