I'd arranged this service for my former husband who wasn't well enough to care for this home. He'd lost his Mom within the past year and a half so the place hadn't had a "deep down" cleaning, much less regular upkeep in quite some time. This was a really big job. In a back split, with multi levels that included all Walls, floors, carpets, ceilings, stairs, cupboards, moving furniture and appliances and more!
The day before my clean date, the team had a booking in the evening that had run late. They didn't arrive home from that job until the following morning at 5:00 am and were exhausted. Being the professionals that they were, they messaged me and explained what happened and asked for a delay in their arrival time so they could catch up a bit on their sleep before tackling such a huge job. There original time the team was due to arrive at the house was 9:00 am. MUCH TO MY SURPRISE..., even after having VERY little sleep and a HUGE job ahead of them, they were at my door by 11:00 am and completed the whole job (main and upper levels) by 3:30pm that day. When I came into the room I could smell the fresh clean feeling of the place and and saw that there was NOTHING that didn't sparkle like it was brand new....I was completely shocked! Not that they could do the job, I could see they really knew what they were doing and how to handle that type of deep clean. I was shocked at how efficient they managed their time. "Divide and conqueror" is what they did and boy did they do it well. You'll never have to look elsewhere once you've had this team in your home. The intension was to have them come in on a regular basis but sadly, my former husband passed. Don was so happy to have them handling his home. He said he could tell they were good people and trusted them completely. We're all so sorry he didn't get the chance to see their outstanding job but his sons did and appreciated how you guys took care of their Dad's home for him. Our sincere thanks to the three of you and I wish you all the very best in everything you do. You guys made Don so very happy and I thank you from the bottom of my heart!!
