They did a fantastic job diagnosing and fixing my fridge. Ashley, in the office, was extremely professional. She called me right away and arranged for Alex to come and look at my fridge the next day. Alex found it was the freezer fan that was gone. He did not have one with him but was able to go get one and return with it in a hour. He had it working in 45 minutes! He put the fridge back In the tight space it came out of. Cleaned the floor. Wore booties over his shoes. Fridge works like new!
