To say i was extremely happy with Richs work would be a understatement. I was very nervous about hiring a contractor as I had heard so many horror stories about the process. We had a few different companies out to quote but straight away we could see Rich was different. He explained all the different options and finishes to us and took so many different measurements and photos (we had a few guys that came to meet us for a quote that never even took out a tape).
We were expecting the renovation to be a stressful time but Rich made sure to make it was an easy process. One of the things we liked most about Rich (apart from the exceptional workmanship) was how clean and tidy the site was at all times. He always kept us in the loop with what was happening,when it was happening, the noise level.He made sure to minimize the dust and protected everything and strived to make sure the impact on our lives was minimal.
All in all we were extremely happy with the work Rich did and the timeframe he did it in and we would not hesitate to use him again.
