I was very happy with the Cleaning Tribe from start to finish. After an initial email query I was contacted right away, given an assessment and a very fair quote. We scheduled an appointment for a deep clean after a renovation that fit into our schedule. Cleaning Tribe sent a very detailed email with everything we would expect with the window in which the cleaners would arrive and we were given a checklist of what would be done. The cleaners arrived on time and followed the list. They cleaned our house top to bottom to make it livable. They were very thorough. After the clean, we were given photos of everything that was done, they ensured we were completely satisfied before they requested payment. Cleaning Tribe provided outstanding and professional customer service. Finding reliable and affordable cleaners can be very tricky, but Cleaning Tribe did most of the work for us and made it easy.
