Interior waterproofing job on an older home. They installed a sump, drainage and membrane. Membrane was up to the top of the wall and installed nice and smooth. They showed up on time, protected our floors and stairs from any dirt or scratches and cleaned up all of the dirt and debris when they were done. Waterloc was great to deal with. Very professional and courteous. They did a great job with the basement waterproofing and left us feeling very happy with the job completed. The crew was very hard working and tidy as well as kind and polite with my kids because they were very curious with what was being done to the basement. They completed the job properly and in a timely manner. Kept us in the loop with what was being done, and had made some suggestions for changes that would make finishing the basement easier later on down the road.
