Our cat was having behavioural issues because a new puppy was introduced into the household. The odour that was coming from our bedroom (carpeted) was horrendous. I contacted Chem-Dry very early Monday morning. I received a phone call back - very soon afterwards. I kindly asked for for someone to come out asap and Tim (owner) was able to come out for a treatment same day!
This company has something called P.U.R.T which is
abrievited PET URINE REMOVAL TREATMENT. The process was fully explained to me and I knew right away this
company was for us. I want to thank Tim and crew for
helping us out with our dilemma. I would highly
recommend their services.
