Thank you Ali for coming to the rescue. I had issues with my keypad which was intermittently working at the time. I had already changed the battery thinking that was the solution but it still didnt work. Ali came and checked it and we put a brand new battery..it worked. He was kind enough not to charge me even though it was a trivial issue he even offered me a discount on any future product.
