Repairing floor joists in basement of a 120 year old house. Jay's crew did quality work on time.
Constant communication about anything that popped up and with fast resolutions. Jay arranged all plumbing, electrical and h-vac to be removed from the basement. His crew repaired all of the old floor joists, supported with new poured concrete footing. Just excellent work and lived up to his timing and cost quote.
