I wanted to draw water away from my house. Pan Pan did the job. Water is now drawn away from the house even during heavy rain. Great work! The crew is professional, fast and curteous. Beautiful work!

After completing a job for my parents, Terry from Panpan landscaping called me and was over right away to review the job. After negotiating, we agreed to proceed and Terry was onsite the next morning with the job completed before 5pm. I will be calling Terry again next year to work on more landscaping projects around the house!!

We built our large 2 level patios and garden walls 35 years ago.
Pan Pan did an exceptional job rebuilding them reusing the existing stone and building another wall. The workers were friendly and very willing. They worked HARD as a team speaking and laughing softly. We were very satisfied with the end result. We referred them to our son and the following day Pan Pan rebuilt his front steps. But I will let him tell you about his experience.
Next week Pan Pan will be back to install new metal railings on our 25ft front veranda.

Pan Pan Landscaping, a family-owned business, led by Tony and his son, Terry, transformed our home into an urban sanctuary. The entire project took the team two weeks (including two rain delays) to completely change our homes front and backyard. The job wasnt easy as our home had an abundance of excess trees and plants which havent been looked after for over 10 years.

Tony, the owner/site manager, is always on site and has a meticulous attention to detail. He ensures every line and every level is perfect. His team works extremely hard with safe practices in mind.

The team of 7 people demolished my old deck and built the new deck with interlocking pathway in 5 days. I was impressed with their service and experience in deck building. Terry and his Dad listened to my concerns in wildlife and closed up the area underneath the deck. Overall, I was happy and satisfied to their service. The deck was built beautifully in time for my family to enjoy the rest of the summer.

The project was divided into three parts, and with each addition to the design, I was more impressed. Initially, they created armoured stone planters, stone steps, and a landing by the doorway. This transformation was a huge improvement from the small, obscured walkway that was previously hidden by large cedars. Pan Pan Landscaping & Construction took the initiative to remove and dispose of the original concrete stairs and replaced them with a stunning design featuring pavers and stone steps.

As I continued to envision the ideal porch, I decided to extend the landing to reach the end of the house. Without hesitation, Pan Pan Landscaping & Construction took on the task and executed it flawlessly. Furthermore, I requested a custom railing for the stairs, and once again, their professionalism and attention to detail shone through in their craftsmanship.

The Backyard was a total removal of an in ground swim-spa and re-do / re-grade of the hardscaping. The driveway was also re-graded and interlocked.
