Exceptional installation, fantastic customer service
Paris removed and completely replaced two heat pumps (with 4 indoor heads) in our condominium that had been installed less than 3 weeks before by another contractor. The original installation was not to code, dangerous and under performing due to very poor installation techniques.
The installation by Paris is at another level the additional cost for the same equipment and installation is worth every penny.
Installations in a condominium are further complicated due to structural issues, code compliance, noise restrictions, elevator usage, cleanliness, parking availability etc.. The cost will always be higher than in a town-home or a house.
These are complex installations that require technical and installation knowledge and therefore it takes more time to do it right. Paris does it right the first time! after our terrible experience with the previous contractors the experience with Paris could not have been better.
They show up on-time, everyone in their crew was extremely polite and friendly, they don't cut corners and take the time to provide a nice tidy and professional install even in the sections that will be covered up by drywall. They are thorough and explain everything. The are careful not to damage anything and clean up at the end of every day.
Their crew lead Owen was truly outstanding.
I would not look anywhere else and I can recommend them without reservation.
