I contracted BDC to finish my townhouse basement with a bathroom, wet bar and feature wall. After quoting, I was given a detailed breakdown of all costs, project timeline and start date. From the beginning of construction, Braydon communicated daily, providing progress updates and recommendations on finshes/design. The project was completed within the timeline provided and the quoted budget despite the many changes requested during construction. I purchased my first home and BDC came highly recommended for the renovations I wanted to do. Braydon was able to visit and offer a quote in a very timely manner and provided numerous suggestions that we ultimately went with. BDC is very knowledgeable and helpful if you need any ideas and even better at executing them. We had our floors redone from tile/laminate to all vinyl throughout; this involved cutting the tile at the bottom of the cabinets and an excellent job was done to avoid any damage. We also decided to redo our powder room and it was given quite the make over. Everything turned out amazingly and we could not be happier with the work that was done! I highly recommend BDC to everyone.

After purchasing our first condo, we wanted to do some renovations before we moved in. After looking around for someone to help us, BDC came highly recommended. BDC was very responsive and took the time to listen to our vision of what we wanted our space to be. The scope of work included: new floors throughout, new cabinets and counters, painting, removal of archway in the kitchen, updating kitchen electrical and adding pot lights, custom doors, new and updated handrail for the stairs, and all of the trim & baseboards in the rooms, and many other detail items that were taken care of during the renovation. As new homeowners, BDC was able to guide us through the renovation process and help us negotiate good deals for materials, and focus on what really matters in the space.

We hired Braydon and his team to do a full kitchen, bathroom and ensuite bathroom remodel and to say they did a phenomenal job would be an understatement! We were so impressed with Braydons work ethic and knowledge of his trade. He is so easy to work with, and always made sure we were included and felt comfortable throughout the process. We were blown away by the end result of our kitchen and baths, and so thankful we chose Braydon and his team to do it.

BDC did a full home down to the studs renovation/restoration on our 150-year-old investment home. The Quality and Workmanship was excellent and the house sold for well over asking, very much in part because of the beatifull finishes.
