I recently hired Sea Otter Soft Washing Ltd. for the services mentioned in the review title, and they did a good job. Tommy and his team are professional, responsive, on time, and willing to do a bit extra for their clients when they are on the roof. For example, they spotted a small crack around the chimney and they just fixed it. They show the photos before and after their services to make sure you are happy with their work. I highly recommend them.
